With a southeast ocean view in the Sanctuary at False Cape, this distinctive, yet cozy condo offers hardwood floors in the living area, unique decor, warm-colored walls, and open panoramic views of the ocean from its two private balconies, as well as the sunsets off the Back Bay. Spend your day at the beach or lounging at the swimming pool. One of the three pools at the Sanctuary is just around the corner from your door. Then relax in the living room area for a movie night with the entire family using the 54-inch plasma flat screen TV, while spread out on the comfy sectional. The chandeliered dining room provides seating for up to 10 guests, and the kitchen is stocked with everything you may need for any meal. There are grills for barbecuing just outside the front door on the garden patio, as well as dining for 8 on the balcony. The Master Suite invites you in with unique artwork, a cozy poster king-size bed and pillow top mattress, two dressing chairs, a cable equipped 50-inch flat screen TV. large walk-in closet space, and a private full bathroom. The 2nd Master Suite offers a Queen Size bed, large dresser, closet, a 50-inch flat screen TV, and a private full bathroom. Suite 3 offers a Twin over Full size bunk bed set and a Twin over Twin Bunk bed set providing sleep arrangement for up to 5 additional guests, and a flat screen TV. There is a full size bathroom just outside this bedroom for the children. Included in the hallway is a laundry room with washer and dryer.
Primary: King bed BR-2: Queen bed BR-3: Twin/Full Bunk Set w T/Trundle & Twin/Twin Bunk Linen and towel package included. Use of condo amenities include: 3 Outdoor Swimming Pools (open mid-May to mid-September), 2 Libraries, 2 Fitness Centers. Free WIFI. Limit 2 Parking Passes Per Unit. No Smoking (only in designated garage areas) and no pets allowed.

Amazing location and View!

Wonderful and Healing Place
My family and I loved Tengeri Mara! It's the best beach condo I've ever stayed in. Where to start? The unit is on the south side of the building, which blocks the prevailing wind the vast majority of the time. While the dual balconies both offer ocean and dune views, since there are no more residences past this post in Sandbridge. I also really like the decorating in here. There are signs you are at the beach, but it is a tasteful darker decor, with lots of wood and earth tones throughout! Not to mention the furniture, which is all super comfortable and also looks great. Each bedroom has a TV and the public wifi works great. The kitchen is big and has every amenity on offer. Love this unit!!

Condo review

Vacation 2022!!

Place was very roomy, had plenty of dishes, pans, silverware. Unfortunately rooms were not cleaned very well. We did our own cleaning. Great grandson pulled out dog bones, raw hide bones, trash from under couches and beds.
