Paws and Relax

Paws and Relax was a great vacation house. Its is beautifully furnished and well equipped. It is a fairly short walk to the beach with a nice pool too. We lucked out with great weather overall. (Only comment for the house - there was not a water kettle (neither an electric stovetop or electric kettle) and I am a tea drinker (sure you can heat water on the stovetop in a sauce pan - but that is messy and not ideal to make tea)

A wonderful week at Paws and Relax. This is the second time renting this property. We love the pool and the game room. The bedrooms are very private from each other which is great for multiple families. The kitchen is fully equipped with many small appliances. Convenient location and wonderful beach - not crowded and very clean.

Birthday Vacation Surprise!
Some of our favorite memories were created during this stay and my family and I thank you for that. My son flew here from Colorado to surprise me for my birthday! We loved playing volleyball and board games with one another too. Just loved finding a place to spend time with my family. We went to the beach a ton and had a nice dinner at Tulu! I have been coming to Sandbridge since 2015 to celebrate my birthday and this was definitely one of my favorite houses. Thank you for making it so cozy and intimate. We look forward to staying here in the future!

Beautiful House/Stay
I loved taking our dog for walks on the beach every morning. Relaxing and reading on the beach was perfect. "Lexie" dog chased the crabs a ton and we spent lots of time in the pool. We enjoyed going out to eat at all the restaurants. I am so happy I got to show my niece and nephew how great Sandbridge is! We had our own clambake and enjoyed happy hours on the deck. This house was so beautiful. It is beachy in every way. It was clean, fully stocked, and the wine cooler was a plus. Thank you for sharing your home!

Best Vacation
All of my children and grandchildren in one place! Happy memories for 3 generations. This house is gorgeous, and the kitchen is well stocked. The pool was a great size, and the beach was so close. We went bike riding, body surfing, played cornhole, and read on the deck. We also enjoyed dinner at Margie and Rays for a couple of nights. Overall, we had a 10/10 experience. We can't wait to come back.

This was a beautiful house, with everything you need at the beach! The only problem we had was with the wifi going down several times during our stay, and they were unable to fix it.

Beach Vacation
This vacation was great. We enjoyed the early morning beach walks with the kids. Margie and Rays had the best crab legs, and the pool was a good time. The kids loved it after a long day at the beach. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the house was clean. Had a great time!

The photos are EXACTLY as is... SUPER CLEAN! We had such a wonderful experience here... Our family was comfortable and loved this place. We’ve experienced other OBX rentals and this place was hands down the best ever! Perfect size! Only one negative... The toaster doesn’t work too well... Should get a new one. Wicked close to the beach... easy access. Pool is awesome. Beach chairs and umbrella included. Quality washer and dryer. Our pups were at home here. Nicely fenced in areas.Many thanks. The hosts thought of nearly everything one needs for the perfect vacation. The house was terrific, it was well stocked inside and out. Even the weather was perfect. To have as many floats and chairs available for our use was remarkable. Things like the amount of plates, silverware, etc.was wild. The layout of the property was amazing. 10 out of 10.

Our Favorite House
This is the 4th time we have come to Sandbridge, and this is our favorite house. Will rent it again in the future. Very clean and comfortable with everything working and modern appliances. Extra points for being able to bring our dogs and leaving us a wonderful gift bag... so so nice! We loved flying kites at the beach and eating fresh seafood. The pool and beach were awesome. We loved having breakfast together on the deck with a view of the ocean. Beach walks were great as well. Thank you for giving us the best vacation here, we will never forget it!

Love this house!
We love this house! Second summer in a row here. The outdoor space is so perfect, and the interior floor plan is ideal for us. We love the pool and beach time together. We have 3 generations - ages 9-70 and all under one roof with lots of play time is wonderful. The pool volleyball was a hit. I also enjoyed sitting on the porch with my coffee in the morning. We really enjoyed kayaking, game time, and taking the dogs on the beach. The check in process was easy and the communication from Ocean Sands was great. We can't wait for next year's trip already.

This house is a hidden gem!
What a GEM of a house - it is CLEAR you have put a lot of thought and effort into updating and maintaining this house- WE LOVE IT! Our family of 5 + 2 dogs has been on the lookout for a CLEAN and TASTEFULLY done beach house where we can bring our furry children. They are such a HUGE part of our family we really hate to leave them behind. Your house was PERFECT! We are a bit of neat freaks ourselves - even with our dogs and I was SO pleased when we walked in! Pool time with our kids was a blast. The pool and deck area were perfect! Having tv's in the rooms was really nice. It gave my husband and I a chance to read and relax while the kids snuggled together and watched cartoons. Thank you for sharing your home!

Perfect Family Spot

Sold on Sandbridge
Such a great house and location! Just the right size for our large family! We are now sold on Sandbridge over OBX! Shhhh... don't tell our N.C. family. The family time, sunset, and sunrise views were unbeatable. Already planning our trip here next year.

We had a great beach week at Paws and Relax. There was plenty of room for our 4 generation gathering. The beach is so close with tide pools for the little ones. The pool area is where we spent most of our afternoons. The owners left us a sweet note and the management company was responsive to requests. This was the perfect location for restaurants, shopping and golf. On a rainy day, the aquarium was close and a big hit! Very clean and fully equipped! Will return.
