Isle of View Too

Cute house and we loved the location. Much quieter side of Sandbridge. Great access to the beach. Kitchen was beautiful with lots of space. Easy to maneuver with two dogs and our family. King bedrooms were very nice. The decks are all nice to sit on and have beautiful views. Pool and hot tub were nice. Plenty of towels, but if you want beach towels, bring your own. Washer and dryer conveniently located on the second floor. Bring your own laundry soap and dryer sheets. Ocean Sands was very easy to work with and quick to answer any questions.

If you want good food DELIVERED to your house, call Lago Mar Pizza on Sandbridge Road. You can order online and they deliver to the house. Good food. Fast service. We ordered a few times during the week. Also, have your groceries delivered by Food Lion. We ordered our groceries when we were about an hour out from arrival and had everything delivered to the house.

The queen bedrooms are NOT queens. They are full. We did have one couple switch bedrooms to a King room because the bed was too small. The carpeted stairs are filthy, but you can't really help that with the in and out from the beach and pool and such a high traffic area. The biggest negative would be the couch and dining room tables. The couch fits 5 or 6 adults up close and personal, no more than that. A house this size should have furniture to accommodate larger groups. We only had six people and never could all sit together in the living room. The dining room table and high top table are hard wooden chairs, very uncomfortable and the top of the table is aged and looks dirty, but it's not.

All in all nice house. We enjoyed our stay. Would definitely recommend.

This vacation was by far one of the best experiences I have had. This property was large enough for my family to finally get the opportunity to get together. We loved being right across from the beach access. We also enjoyed the pool for post beach cookouts/hangouts. This property was great for some family fun! It was fully stocked and very clean. The property management team was very responsive as well. We can't wait to come back!

This holiday season couldn’t have been any more perfect! The home fit our families needs. We were able to have everyone fly in from a far. It’s a spacious, well kept home with the most spectacular views! The hot tub with it being cold was the perfect touch! We do wish that for the rainy days there were tvs in the bedrooms. But over all this property was a 10/10 stay and we loved everything about it.

Our family of 21 (parents, 4 siblings, lots of cousins) had a great week at Isle of View Too in Sandbridge! We have vacationed for years together from St. Augustine to Cape Cod and agreed this was the best house we have stayed in yet (size and affordability). It was very nice and clean and Ocean Sands Realty was GREAT to work with! The 1st floor was perfect for all the kids with the pool table, mini kitchen and easy access to the pool! It was also so close to the beach that we felt comfortable letting the kids come and go as they please. We LOVED that there were no TVs in the bedroom because it "forced" us all to spend time together! The view of the ocean for the 3rd floor balcony was on point! The kitchen also had everything you would possibly need and then some. The large dining tables were nice so we could all sit together over meals. We already reserved the house for next year!

Lots of room and relaxation - everything for the whole family to enjoy. Close to the beach and lots of bathrooms which is so important with a large family group. All and all it was a GREAT WEEK for family and friends to reconnect and house us all comfortably to recharge our soles.

Ideal home for our large family vacation. Spacious bedrooms,bathrooms and large kitchen area for family meals. Short walk to beach but out the back door to the pool and hot tub. The front and back 3rd floor decks gave us beautiful sunrise in morning and sunset in the evening.

Overall we enjoyed the house and location.
Pros:
10 Bedrooms and 10 Bathrooms provided plenty of space for our group. The layout of the house is great and the rooms and bathrooms were clean, spacious and functional.

The house was SO stocked. The kitchen contained everything you could possibly want or need. The kitchen setup with an extra sink in the island made it very easy to work around others.

Very close to the beach access, even though not 'beach-front.' Literally right across the street to get to the beach.

First time to Sandbridge and loved the beach. Quiet, but 10 minutes from every store you could need. Have to try the donuts at the Seaside Market.

Plenty of parking for 7 vehicles that we had.

Cons:
The pool was great with a walk-in area, but the liner was torn and the 1 side of pool gave a shock when you leaned against it. Seemed somewhat unsafe?

The stairs leading from the top floor to the pool were closed off. The decking seemed old in most all other areas and had holes which also seemed unsafe. We were told AFTER we got there that the stairs were closed and were going to be demolished and rebuilt at a later date. This was a minor inconvenience but feel this should be communicated up front.

This is our second stay in this property with our multigenerational family. Disappointed that the external stairs from top floor to ground was still "in progress". Property managers responsive to issues on the wifi issues, which were promptly resolved. Would suggest that info about trash pick up be provided as our trash cans were full when we arrived. Overall, very satisfied with house and we enjoyed our vacation!

The house was great in a wonderful location. Many things in the kitchen were not in good shape-broken shelves and door cubbies in the refrigerator especially. The kitchen had every pot, pan and appliance you could imagine which was great but that unfortunately left no room in the cupboards for food and staples. There was a sign posted on the fridge stating that the pool and hot tub would be serviced on Saturdays and Wednesdays. The pool was serviced on Wednesday but when we called about the hot tub we were told it was only serviced on Saturdays unless we wanted to pay an additional $120. We chose not to pay but were disappointed with the contradiction in the information shared and, of course, could not use the hot tub for the rest of the week. We re;;y did love the house and its location but would not return if the above items were not rectified.

Ocean Sands Realty was very quick to respond to our needs. Although the house is conveniently located to a beach access, it needs a lot of general maintenance, updates, and a thorough cleaning.

When we arrived we were notified two of the rooms were unusable for the first 3 days of our stay. They provided air mattresses but that created a situation where we had couples split up in bunk beds and kids sleeping with parents. Additionally, the back stairs were unusable for the duration of the stay. This was particularly frustrating because the kitchen is on the top level, so every time a kid wants a snack or a drink. Prepare to dry off and go through the house every time.
