Ebb's-Oceanfront

Loved the open floor plan in living /kitchen area. The down stairs counter bar got lots of use and the pool area was nice. Could use some updates but all and all a nice house

This was the perfect home for our 3 generations of guests. The only suggestion I would make is to put blinds or light darkening drapes on the east facing bedroom windows as the early morning sunrise woke us up around 5:30. Otherwise this is a lovely comfortable home. And we could have breakfast looking at the ocean from the kitchen windows ����. We may be back one day. ��

Wonderful time at Sandbridge beach. The home (Ebb’s) was perfect for our 9 person family get together. The home was a bit dated, had a bit of an ant issue, a small grill issue, and an issue with 1 toilet (but there were 6 others to use, LOL). This is all due to normal wear/tear from usage and Ocean Sands Realty addressed them immediately. The team at Ocean Sands Realty was great. Any issue, concern, or question only required a simple text to them (or phone call) and they responded quickly to insure a wonderful experience. I’d recommend using them when renting and will look to use them again in the future.

2 years in a row with ebb's oceanfront. Was hoping to see updates from previous year but wasn't any better. Still a enjoyable week

The house was great, the views from the second and third decks which overlooked the ocean were great. The house was well equipped with most everything one could need. The pool was refreshing, the grilled worked as expected. The biggest complaints were that some of the mattresses on the first floor and one on the third floor were very soft and almost unusable. There should have been instructions on how to use both the stove and dish washers, but we figured them out within a few minutes

Check-in and check-out were easy. The house was clean and spacious. Ample parking for the number of vehicles we had. Great location. The people at the realty company were great. Very helpful. If I had to be picky about anything, it would be that the ice machine barely worked in the upstairs fridge. Really needed that for the size family we have. Otherwise it was a great stay!

We had a relaxing stay at Ebb's. Watched dolphins swim by every morning and pelicans fly by every night. Our family loves Sandbridge, definitely coming back.
