Bella Vista. 421B-Penthouse

The condo and view were wonderful as advertised. It was challenging finding the realtor location as well as navigating the property. While it was accessible with an elevator, there were no luggage racks to be found which required several trips up and down the elevator. The worst part was that roofing was taking place the entire week. We were on the fourth floor and the pounding and drilling were unbearable. We had to leave two days early because we couldn't stand it anymore. Ocean Sands indicated they would be in touch to see how they could compensate us for this disruption and we have heard nothing for five days.

Spacious condo. Clean & tidy.
Problems: parking space numbering is bizarre. Needing your key to "leave" the building is silly. Having no staff 'on site' is a problem, as we NEVER were told about why the evacuation happened. Gym has no water, towels, clock and a "9-1-1" phone that does not exist.

The vacation was excellent excellent. The rental place had everything you needed plus to have a wonderful time. The inside was clean and spotless. The only thing that I could complain about is the balconies. The furniture needs to be wiped down and there were spider webs everywhere. The location was great beautiful sunrise and beautiful sunsets. We were lucky enough to have a full moon also that weekend. Definitely would recommend this place to others.

This trip was planned for a couple of my girlfriends and I to get together. We wanted somewhere that was close to the beach, but not too crowded. We also wanted to be close enough to activities if we did want to go out. This unit was exactly what we needed. The decor is too cute and there are two restaurants within walking distance. The first night we went for Mexican at Jose Tequilas. Then the second night we had delicious seafood dinners and got to listen to live music at the Baja. The unit was beautifully upkept, and the management company was so great to work with. We definitely recommend and will be planning more trips in the future!

Wow! Amazing
My family and I have stayed at Sanctuary for many years. All of the units are nice, but this one was truly amazing. It was luxury for sure! The numbered parking spots are conveniently located right next to the elevator that is outside of your condo door- this is usually not the case. The condo also has a storage unit right by the beach entrance where you can store all of your beach stuff. The condo is absolutely beautiful and has everything you would ever need for luxury. There are many poll out refrigerated drawers for your beach drinks, the fridge was huge and nice washer/dryer. The bathrooms have showers with multiple sprayers and jetted tubs. The upstairs unit has a TV in the bathroom! The condo also has three decks that give you a view of the ocean and the beautiful bay sunsets. I plan to book this unit again- I am certain this is one of the nicest ones in Sanctuary.

We had a wonderful trip to see our son stationed at Norfolk Navy Base. We wanted a “home” that we could stay at (along with my parents and my sisters family) to get caught up with our Sailor. Our condo served us well. There was plenty of common space, chairs and couches and the views were awesome!

We went for dance competition. This was the main place for the dance moms and myself to stay. It was very clean and comfortable. The beds were great the beach was right there and the pool area was right on the beach so we could all be together. Stunning views. Yes, we will stay again. Easy parking as well.

Chillaxin!

Absolutely wonderful place to stay and be with family. The accomodations were fantastic with most every amenity you could imagine. My only criticism is that the unit was not clean on our arrival with dirt on many areas of carpet, hair in the tub and sink in one of the bathrooms, and for the price we paid having the alottment of only one roll of toilet paper and no paper towels seems rediculous.

Overall the experience was awesome other than the dishwasher that seriously needs replaced, especially for this premium unit. Ocean Sands Realty was awesome to work with, all staff were pleasant and courteous.

Needed a family getaway and this was the perfect destination especially with twin toddlers. Only suggestion would be to clean the balconies.

The unit exceeded our expectations. It was very clean, well furnished and stocked with beautiful views.

The only suggestion I have is have the elevators marked & signs directing you to then. We were one of three groups trying to find which doors led to elevators.

Overall, a great condo and experience. Couldn’t have been more pleased.
