An Ocean Pearl 402D-Penthouse

Everything was great! There was a lot of space, and the unit was family friendly. Like there was a stroller in one of the closets and a bunch of little kid toys and kids DVDs. As for location in the building, it's near the elevator, so it's quick to get in and out of the building or down to the pool. Plus, it's right next to the beach (which wasn't super busy despite being perfect beach weather). It also was close to a shopping center with a Walmart so when you needed something it wasn't a big deal to go pick it up. It is a bit of a drive to get to the VB boardwalk, but that wasn't a big deal, as we got to avoid all of the crowds and the price gouging. Definitely would stay here again.

Great Vacation - Sad To Leave!
The house was nice and close to the beach. There were a couple little shops and ice cream places nearby!

Ocean Pearl #402 - Great Vacation!
We all had a great time at the condo. The pool table and Foosball table in the loft was added an extra. The kids were able to spend time by themselves while we were able to watch TV in the separate living room. Condo was very clean - we all had a great time and hated to leave !

We loved this Condominium for our vacation. It was well-equipped and comfortable. The location was perfect for us as it was a short walk to the beach, which was not super crowded. We had young children so that was important to us.

This was a great place for a large group. We needed an adjustment with the AC and maintenance was out within minutes. It was great for a rainy day having the game room in the loft area. Convenience of having the market across the street, walkable souvenir shops and ice cream. The beach was not crowded like the main areas of VA Bch, very private which was extra nice. We’d stay here again.

Dream Vacation
What a wonderful place to end the summer. We loved An Ocean Pearl. It is very spacious, in a great location and decorated beautifully. There was so much for my family to do inside and outside of the condo. We will definitely be renting this condo again.

A lovely vacation. Comfortable condo with well equipped kitchen. We enjoyed the pool and gym on site. Rental office was prompt, professional, with great communication.

Location was right across the street from the ocean and also had a pool. Convenient location to restaurants and other activities.

Ocean Pearl was such a fantastic unit. This condominium is right across the street from the market and the beach access. There was a pool and gym on site. The condominium was also located by a few shops and an ice cream shop which we loved. The Island Restaurant had awesome pizza and was right across the street which was perfect for a short walk with the kids. The unit was clean, upkept, fully stocked, and just everything we could have needed. Working with Ocean Sands Realty made everything so easy and enjoyable. They are very professional and prompt. My family and I are already planning to come back next year! This unit will not disappoint.

Beautiful Condo - Perfect Location
Ocean Pearl is a beautiful spacious condo with all the amenities you need to have a wonderful vacation. The unit was super clean, quiet and the sunsets from the big porch were amazing! The complex is just a few steps away from the beautiful beach, lovely infinity pool and right across the street from the Sandbridge Market that has all your grocery needs and the best homemade doughnuts in Sandbridge! We were sad to leave our vacation at the Ocean Pearl, but most definitely will return to make more memories!
