Great retreat on the beach for a couple or small family. Owners are very nice and friendly but leave you alone if you prefer. Unit is attached to the owner's house but has separate entrances. Great quiet spot on the beach very close to the Naval Base. Unit is decorated in a very beachy decor with great TVs and appliances. This is our second time staying there and we will return again.

The house was very clean, inviting and convenient. Being on the beach was wonderful. You can hear the ocean. It was very private. The owner introduced herself when we first arrived and gave us her cell number. After that we enjoyed peace and quiet. I would highly recommend these accommodations!

This was a last minute booking, and overall exactly what we were looking for in terms of location, the unit is right next to the path to the beach. The unit was clean, although the dishwasher hadn't been run. We did have an issue with the door code, it may have been because we booked only 2 or so days in advance, but the email with the door code never arrived, and when we got there on the weekend, we had a bit of trouble getting in touch with someone from the rental company. Luckily, the door hadn't latched so we were able to at least put our things inside instead of waiting in our car for an hour!

This a a really great place to relax, at the north end of Sandbridge. It is only three years old, and is very clean, well appointed, and above all, has comfortable seating in the living room and dining nook. Access to the beach is a short walk from the back deck, across the dune line. The local market is close, as are two local restaurants: Margie and Ray's Crab House, and Simply Steamed. The owners of the unit, who live next door, were very friendly, and could not have been more accommodating. We look forward to a return visit. We loved the layout of the property! Everything was there that we could have wanted or needed. The beach is a short walk away. We had an area of beach all to ourselves.

Best vacation ever! Best accommodations ever! Dolphins or porpoise swimming by every day and so much beauty all around. If I could own A beach bungalow this would be it. The home is perfect, the location is so peaceful and the best part of staying here is that owners make you feel like family. We have eight children (just two left at home) and have been staying in Sandbridge for many years on vacations and this was the best ever. The owners knew we had two young children and gave them Easter baskets on Sunday. We also had an emergency situation at the end of the week with our daughter and the owners Jumped in and did not hesitate to help us. They extended so many kindnesses and made sure everything was perfect. Coastal dream is surrounded with good karma and natures beauty. Tree

This was one of the greatest beach front escapes we’ve had in a very long time. We enjoyed it immensely!

This 2 bedroom home was perfect for our family of 5. Being right on the beach was incredible.
This 2 bedroom home was perfect for our family of 5. Though the kitchen lacks a stove, there are plenty of other appliances for making meals at home. The homeowners that reside next door are super kind, welcoming, and helpful. Being right on the beach was incredible.

We enjoyed a quiet beach front experience! Perfect if you want to be steps from the beach. The apartment was private and had all the essentials. It was clean, had a comfortable bed and couch, TV , large fridge, and easy parking! We also appreciated the communication that the reality provided! We will be back!

We’re a family of 6 and spent a long weekend here. Great beach access and the beds were comfortable. Outdoor shower was nice to get sand off before coming inside and the grill was easy to use.

Best vacation spot in 30 years. First the dwelling was immaculately clean and smelled fresh. The kitchen and refrigerator were spotless. The bathroom was perfectly clean, with new shower curtains. The bedroom had a large soft bed with brand new linen.. We
Best vacation spot in 30 years. First the dwelling was immaculately clean and smelled fresh. The kitchen and refrigerator were spotless. The bathroom was perfectly clean, with new shower curtains. The bedroom had a large soft bed with brand new linen.. We did not see and dust bunnies on the fans or HVAC return grill. Something else I noticed was the exterior deck to the beach was perfectly smooth , so I can walk out barefoot. The actual beachfront spot is at the end of public area and next to the Naval base. We had plenty of room and the area itself was beautiful. The parking area was large and perfectly clean . This home is very close to the local grocery store and a nice restaurant. We really didn't need to travel far for anything. The owners were very nice and accommodating. I plan to stay here again.
